Opened a savings account with them last year as I wanted to check mortgage lending rates. They did not pay me a single cent interest in the entire 1 yr. Then they charge me $25 in account inactivity fees. All this while their online portal isn't working and I haven't had account access for 1 yr. Manager (seemed a nice lady) tried for 30 mins to get me online access to my accounts, all in vain. Then says she can't understand why the system isn't working. Can’t even finish a membership because knowone answers the phone on customer service side. No matter what time you call you’ll be waiting well over 20 mins.
