Today, we walked into the branch and the CSR was about to go to lunch. We had just filled up the parking meter for 40 minutes so not getting service at this branch and the idea of driving 20-25 minutes to another branch was a bit disappointing. While sitting and trying to make a decision the CSR came back out cutting her lunch short to assist us with the transaction. We were very grateful for this . Thanks for excellent service and customer appreciation.
Deci Austin was very helpful in an on going problem. She gave me more help in one day than anyone had since this first started in March. I have been a member since 1978.
