WHY DID YALL FREEZE THE DIRECT DEPOSITS ON JUNETEENTH? DIRECT DEPOSITS ALWAYS HAPPENS ON WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS, IS IT BECAUSE ITS A BLACK HOLIDAY?

Supposed to had an appointment to open an account on 3/8 only to be told that the system was down. So rescheduled for Wed 3/12 was supposed to speak with Branch Manager again had a appointment for 3:30 pm manager never came out of her office and just kept talking to another customer which their conversation ran into 3:55 pm. I will be closing my account and I just opened it. This bank is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.
