Shae Byrd is the absolute BEST! What more can I say, she is always happy, helpful and on her job! Making suggestions to help guide and save my family money, advising on new things being offered, and she always remembers all her customers! Thanks Shae for making one of the many things I have to do a little easier.
I've been with this place for 12 years now. I paid a charge-off to open my account but for some reason they haven't taken it off. It's been over a year now and every time I have an issue with my account they keep acting like they don't know what's going on and have to give someone a call to verify that my loan is fully paid off so they can provide any services. Becca is AMAZING! We had a few issues opening my Daughters account and she was so patient and took her time to get things straight. She nice, patient and caring. Also the manager Shae did not hesitate to help either. I love this bank 10/10.
