I called into this branch to see if an appointment is available and this older Caucasian with long sandy brown hair allowed me to sit down for 25 mins to only to tell me it wasn’t no one to assist me to start an account! Not only was she unprofessional but she failed to even say hello to me! It’s really sad that employers hire these people who lack customer service skills! I will not be interested in opening an account. Just time wasted
