Worst customer service ever. They need classes on communication with the customer. Do homework and read the reviews. Some branches are rated better than others but in general the bank as a whole is no good.
Horrible Customer service, nothing but issues since my account was bought by First Harvest. First they could not get my online banking to work, then they sent me a bad debit card that wont activate, after 7 times and hours on the phone trying to fix the card that is not working, they decide to send a new card "as a RUSH order, Amber told me that I would have the card in three days, its now 12 and still do not have it, I cant not get to my cash, not a checking account and the closest branch is 45 mins away. Update your website to indicate that FHCU does not notarize Wills, so no one has to go through what I went through. I scheduled an appointment based on the website and chatting with someone online. I specifically stated I wanted to get my Will notarized. The person I chatted with confirmed I could get it notarized and that I did not need to bring my own witnesses. I took a half day off from work only to find out from the teller that they do offer the notary service, but not for Wills. I told her I chatted with someone online... read more
