Horrible trying to get in contact by phone. Waited on hold over 30 mins.
been trying to get an account setup for over a month. Poor email communication, have to continue to ask for a response to get one. branch hours are bizarre.
Worst customer service ever. They need classes on communication with the customer. Do homework and read the reviews. Some branches are rated better than others but in general the bank as a whole is no good.
