I went into the app to cancel the account, on the app I was told to call which I did. I just received a call stating my account is in the negative almost $200. They have no records of me canceling. I even stopped autopay and direct deposits. If this doesn’t get taken care of my next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau. Unacceptable. The manager on the phone was very nonchalant! I had no issues with this bank up until now.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and clean atmosphere. I like that they have a branch down by the shore when I visit Atlantic City.
