Horrible experience They didn’t help me one bit in fact they made the situation worse. They tricked me into signing a different paper than what I asked for. And all of a sudden my account got scammed.
I went into the app to cancel the account, on the app I was told to call which I did. I just received a call stating my account is in the negative almost $200. They have no records of me canceling. I even stopped autopay and direct deposits. If this doesn’t get taken care of my next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau. Unacceptable. The manager on the phone was very nonchalant! I had no issues with this bank up until now.
