The staff is always helpful and kind. They don't make you wait unnecessarily. The lobby is clean and comfy feeling. Opening an account is super easy and you are walked through the entire process
Use a small, local bank they said... it would be more personal they said... Customer for years with a very healthy banking history with them. Three days later, the very next lender I used gave me a 0% interest rate for 60 months, rolled out the red carpet treatment even. The contrast was night and day.
