I've been with this bank when it started out as Synergy Bank to what it is now FGB. I've had a very pleasant experience with this bank. The people in the actual are nice and very helpful, the phone customer service people are always pleasant as well as informative. My account was compromised twice and both times the bank took care of it and got my money back. They also give alerts when suspicious activity seems to occur on your account.
