Very amateur financial institution. This bank is right around the corner from my home, so went inside to inquire about a commercial loan for my business. The lender was unsure on some of the answers to my questions, so tried to impress me by calling over the Texas President. The Texas President made it known not even five minutes into our conversation that he was the son of the CEO. What a little snot nosed kid. Plus he was very rude and cut me off several times.
