7/3025 update Changing the rating as I was contacted by the branch manager Mr. Francois in an attempt to listen to my concern and assured that though FGB McKinney location does not have an ATM, non-FGB ATMs can be used and the usage fee would be reimbursed by FGB. I went into the branch to take care of a few bills and the staff has been very helpful and attentive. Very amateur financial institution. This bank is right around the corner from my home, so went inside to inquire about a commercial loan for my business. The lender was unsure on some of the answers to my questions, so tried to impress me by calling over the Texas President. The Texas President made it known not even five minutes into our conversation that he was the son of the CEO. What a little snot nosed kid. Plus he was very rude and cut me off several times.
