50 minutes late to pick up a special needs student is not acceptable. Then when the bus finally came it was a different driver whom didnt even know what school he was bringing my son to! You guys need to get your sh*t together over there at First Student! I called and was told that my sons nlrmal.driver was dispatched to do pick ups for a different school before picking up my son. Ok so you leave a special needs child waiting!? Smh!
