All the above reviews say the same thing, easy, simple, amazing. We had the exact opposite experience. We felt this company's interpretation of what the "underwriters" needed was unreasonable, punitive in a way and without merit. Too many hoops, many redundant. We did one loan with them and attempted another and had the same experience. If you do not fit into their mold, don't try it.
