Ok service This company is good at trying to get what you want from the bank, however they neglect to tell you, or beat around the bush about interest rates, monthly mortgage payments and the 3% broker fee's and that you have to pay that upfront at closing. You have to pay a ungodly amount of money to pay for their enrollment fees and other fees as well. PROS: get what you want from the bank, gets you approved CONS: hidden costs, beats around the bush on important things
