The staff was very helpful with my confusion about online banking. Even though I had to wait to be served, (lunchtime), my situation was given as much time and attention as the customer before me.

Dena at the Cookeville branch went above and beyond to help me with a bill payment to an internet/phone/tv provider that was processed through the bank but the provider didn’t process it properly. Great customer service, very knowledgeable. 5 stars!!!
Brookleyn is so nice and everyone is so helpful, they actually make going to the bank a delightful experience! 10/10 recommend
