Same thing to say about customer service as the other low rating review. The new number given as a response leads to the same options, none of which include speaking to someone or even leaving a message
First Foundation Bank is a disappointment. FFIB had great customer service but now I'm not able to call directly or talk to someone locally. It's CA all the way!
