I switched from this bank back in 2016 when I moved out of Lucerne. However after 5 years of dealing with two larger brand banks headaches where I now live, I switched back to First Foundation. Their customer service is top notch. They are always looking for for me and helping me with anything I need.
I love the people there.
All of the staff at the bank are awesome but I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone! Almost every time I try to use my first foundation bank card to make a purchase it’s being declined ! And not for insufficient funds but because the bank wants to block each purchase from going through and label it as potential fraud! It gets worse , you can’t even get ahold of anyone to speak with on the phone to clear the issue! Happened to me when I went to buy an iPhone on apple’s secure website. Bank declined it.
