Complete scam. Their number came up as United so you think that is who you called. However, they never say the name of their company. They repeatedly put you on hold to check whatever data you are inquiring about. They are polite and make it seem like they are providing excellent customer service. I thought it was odd they didn't provide flight numbers for confirmation but was in a rush so I just went with it. SCAM! Had an ad made to show up as the first google search when looking up "air canada". The link led to the real air canada website, but the phone number in the title of the ad led to this company. They did manage to change some flights for my parents, however they charged them 1100+$ whereas it would have been free through actual air canada. A really sinister sneaky scam.
I thought I was speaking with American Airlines customer service, as that's what John—who had a heavy accent—told me. I was shocked when he asked me to text my passport and credit card information. It felt very scammy. Would avoid
