I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. I felt that the broker, Grace, was rude and unresponsive. Our realtor even alerted the owner of First Florida Lending our concerns after 2 closing dates passed and the 3rd closing date was a "dry" closing as the money was not wired in time and our family had to wait an extra day to receive our house keys. I would strongly encourage you to avoid this company.
