Good people. Fast service.
We had another wonderful experience at the St Johns/Racetrack branch today. Prior to our visit, Lena was very accommodating and she communicated well with us and her team. When we arrived, the teller (Jose, I believe) gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly throughout our visit. He truly enjoys working there. Kumar promptly handled our notary needs and was super friendly too. We appreciate the excellent service this branch always provides.
This bank and the employees are wonderful! Lena is absolutely the best manager that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is always so quick to respond and so knowledgeable. The rest of the team is also super friendly and always smiling and helpful.
