Every time I've been to this bank, I've been in and out very quick. The customer service experience is excellent and it's very neat and clean inside. I will say that I really don't care for the parking lot too much but since they're not too busy it hasn't been a big problem. Just not a lot of spaces and when you have to use the ATM, the back area isa little confusing as to how and where you should try to get out of there.
