Best Credit Union ever very family friendly and supportive.
Beware if you're trying to pay off a credit card. Evidently, they don't honor the payoff amount they quote you. Today, I'm told there is still $13+ after paying the card off. Too, if charges are pending and you want to pay those charges off early, they won't accept a payment. VyStar, is way ahead of that bunch! Update, they took the $13+ off the card only because, I made a stink about it. I wish I'd never signed up for this bank. The loan department is pathetic incompetent trash. These people couldn't screw in a lightbulb. They need to be working at WalMart not handling people's finances. Lazy, not self starting, don't take responsibility for their mistakes.
I have used First Florida Credit union as our secondary bank for several years. I have had nothing but good experiences and great customer service, we are considering switching them over to our primary bank. I would highly recommend this bank to others!
Love this credit union and the staff! Very friendly and helpful with a small town feel. If you want a more one on one experience I recommend this credit union!
