My home bank is in NY so I’m always hesitant about “shared branches” but I was able to deposit and take out money at this bank with no issue. The woman at the counter was professional, polite, and very helpful. Was also a plus I had 0 wait time. Definitely recommended this branch!
The customer service is so abysmal here I can't believe it. 3 encounters with customer service and we have had it. The most recent is beyond me when they can't READ the messages in the messaging system. The time before this was when my husband went to the bank because a mysterious 300+ was taken through an ACH withdrawal from Tmobile. When he went there they said contact t-mobile. I had a very disappointing experience at this bank, and unfortunately the poor customer service extended all the way to management. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and dismissive. Several staff members appeared irritated and unwilling to assist ( old woman blonde and short hair always using a blanket scarf)and instead of feeling helped as a customer, I felt like I was an inconvenience.
