Today I came to this credit union 7/29/25 and yes I arrived 5 mins prior to closing. I approached a teller named Jennifer. Old white woman blonde pixie cut. From initial reaction very cold. Didn’t greet me at all. Very unprofessional. As she was making my deposits made several remarks because she made a mistake because she wasn’t observant and was rushing through the transaction. Dont use ATM it will take your card and you will have to replace it on your own because apparently the workers cant do anything about it
I am extremely disappointed with First Florida Credit Union's telephone auto loan service — it has been nothing short of atrocious. It's been five days since I started my loan application, and I still don't have a resolution. In the past, this process has always been completed the same day due to my excellent credit. If you end up with Jasmine Hill as your loan officer, do yourself a favor and run the other way. She clearly has no idea what she's doing.
