What is wrong with their phone system every time I call it says user busy. Can First Florida figure out what’s going on ready to close my accounts since I can’t get a hold of anyone. Modern technology needs to be implemented please wake up you will loose a lot of customers

I have a boat loan my boat go damaged. They made me literally jump through hoops to get the check cashed. I work with insurance companies everyday. I am saying this from experience this has to be the worst bank to do business with.
