Worst credit union ever. They treat you like trash, and do everything they can to try to make you feel like a criminal. Stay away at all costs!
I’ve been with FFCU for years since early 90s. My wife and I have bought all of our vehicles and we built our first house with them. Great people, especially at this branch. Monica is my favorite, she’s always there
My lady friend needed to make a large deposit into a shared account with her broker and they were pleasant, efficient and helpful throughout the transaction.
Shared Branching services has always been great. But I have noticed a change in service overall at all locations. The location in Harper lane want to charge a fee to deposit a few coins. Forces you to use the coin machine. This service use to always be free with coop share branching. They want to charge now.
I would have to agree with the bad reviews. Definitely a bunch of standoff-ish unfriendly people working here
