I have worked for 8 months out of the St Joseph MO location. There is a small cliche of hourly local drivers that spend most of the day at BMS doing nothing but back stabbing the others. It is a hostle work environment by any definition. There are other problems but I am not going to burn people that are not abusive to me. The atmosphere would be nice if it were not for a small group of entitled hourly workers. I would not recommend this company unless you are super lazy and don't mind making a tiny paycheck.
