I would leave no stars if I could, but the only way to leave a review is to put a star. The tellers are very friendly and helpful, but the manager Michelle is so rude not only to me, but to my Mom as well!! My grandma passed away God test her soul, and my Mom & my uncle were on her account to take over when she passed. After she passed my Mom went to get the money out of my gmas bank account & the manager told her both my mom & my uncle has to physically there to get the money out, BUT NO ONE told them that when they set... read more
I worked with Amy Murray on a HELOC and the process couldn't have been any easier. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her and First Bank to anyone
