The staff at FFNWB in University Place are simply excellent to work with. No matter how insignificant my question, the answers always come timely and they make me feel like they have all the time in the world for me. It is banking the way it used to be. I had an account years ago with First Financial when I worked further North and was so pleased when they finally expanded to University place! I prefer a local bank and Aimee Peterson made opening an account a breeze. Will be bringing my son in for his first account soon!
Just opened an account back in March with Aimee and it was super easy and convenient. Have visited the branch in person one time since then and she was again the person that helped me with my deposit. Great service!
