Great credit union.
Customer service is absolutely awful, not to mention the computer system is most likely from the early 90’s
I loved this Bank when it was Private and had one Branch in Renton. I worked there for 8+ years. I still bank there and hate to admit that their service level has declined a lot!! I don't appreciate being placed on hold for long periods of time just to then be hung up on! The people are not as friendly or Knowledgeable as times past. It might be time to move on...especially with the acquisition. If it's bad now, it'll probably be worse later.
