We needed a car loan with a better rate than the dealership was offering. GB Assistant Branch Manager took us a walk-In and was absolutely wonderful to work with and a sparkling personality. The branch personnel were also very friendly, energetic and professional in our dealings. We did get that better rate by the way and got the loan.

I like banking here for over five years and payed off two car loans, and a year ago was very disappointed I was denied an auto refinance loan for better rates advertised. My financial life hasn't changed any since those last two loans, however now I'm no longer trustworthy of a loan refinance. Despite my nice $avings, and checking? I read the satisfaction of reviews regarding auto loans probably leveraged with my accounts$$$$ Why all of the sudden do I look destitute to you?! Signed D Perez
