Unprofessional customer service I called because I was trying get my account balance but the person I spoke to was very rude, yelled at me and called me stupid
This place sucks. I've been doing business with this credit union for over 20 years and I've watched it go from a service based organization to a fee based criminal ring. I received a letter that said they were going to begin assessing a $10/month fee on my account. Clearly this is unacceptable so I decided it was time to close the account and move on. They have canceled my card twice due to "suspected fraudulent charges" a week after the "suspected charges" that never hit my account. But now when I have fraudulent charges on my account, they have no emergency after services to reach anyone to get it resolved. Terrible customer service.
I used First Financial for financing a used car. They offered the best interest rates available, so I visited their branch and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The staff members, Donna, Diana, Maria, and Linda, were all delightful to work with. Each of them assisted me with different aspects, and I genuinely felt well taken care of when working with each of them.
