Welcome to First Financial Credit Union! Our bank was formed in 1937 by ten members of the telephone company here in New Mexico. In the early 1980's, the breakup of the Bell System occurred. With the breakup came a period of downsizing in the state. At this point, First Financial chose to pursue additional fields of membership so as to not be impacted by the changes in its environment. One star is too many. I cannot stress this enough, YOU DO NOT NEED THIS INSTITUTION IN YOUR LIFE. Do yourself a favor, WELLFARGO or PINNACLE.
The financial reps on the phone are very condescending, passive and rude with a smile. The only silver lining is the asst. manager Felicia. She did everything in her power to make amends for the company. She alone deserves a 5 star review. The rest of the company are no good money hungry people.
Awful bank. They will lie to your face, take your money and go back on their word. Not worth the stress. Don’t believe when they’re acting like they’re “helping you” they’re just setting you up for another fee/charge.
