I initially went in just to cash my payroll check. The tellers in front were the nicest and sweetest I have yet to deal with. I decided to open an account and Cindy was just AWESOME. She took her time to educate me on the best way to avoid overdraft. The attention I received today with them was the best I ever had with ANY customer service. Kuddos
I'm so glad that we have this particular financial institution in Las Cruces. It seems that they are the only ones that do shared branching. Special shout out to Makayl. She is very professional and friendly.
A few weeks ago I went to ask you for information about debt relief, I gave you my information and they told me that you would call me, I would like to know how my process is going. What this bank does is misleading advertising. They say they want to help relieve your debts, but they should explain what type of clients they want, what type of job the clients should have, etc. I applied twice because I wanted to pay my debts and focus on returning the money only to this bank, focusing on a single debt.
