I've had an account for over 10 years and im closing it due to misinformation given by a first financial credit union worker. I called the corporate number listed online and was told everything the teller told me was a lie. Resulting in getting charged 3 different over draft fees when it was only overdrafted once. Nothing has been done to solve said charges resulting in my acct getting closed.

Every time I come into this credit union, the staff is always so nice and personable! Also when I come to the drive up and bring my dog, everyone of the staff members takes the time to wave at my dog. You all really have a great team at this location! Naté is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly, they even remembered me from the last few times I had stopped in, and wanted to make sure I got the help I need.
