First Financial CU is at best an inconvenient place to bank at its worst the DEEPEST CIRCLE OF HELL . I got an auto loan with this credit union and every month they invent new ways to charge me an additional $35 more than my car note. They literally make things up. once they charged me for a bad mailing address when i use the same address as my mother (who has been a member for years). This place sucks. Very slow and annoying customer service. Not to mention the outrageous $10 check cashing fees.
