Tina here in the west covina branch is awsome. I think she has one of the best attitudes very professional here at first financial credit union
They say it’s a credit union but they are a closed network branch, which means you can’t withdrawal or use other credit unions services. Why would you call yourself a credit union if you’re not in the network. Very big false information.
This financial institution (I worked with Camille) ran my credit for a loan knowing full well I didn’t have the employment history to qualify with them, and then still tried to get me to sign up for a membership. They were fully aware of all my employment details and failed to tell me that was a stipulation. Very dishonest of them, I would never use this place for any loans or services.
