Drew is the best lender ever. He spent countless hours explaining things to me when I was a first time home buyer. He has helped me with a second home, a refinance when it made the most sense, a HELOC loan, and my parent’s mortgage. He has always been very responsive and helpful. He knows how to explain everything in an easy to understand manner. He truly has his client’s best interest in mind.

Terrible customer service not a professional bank. No communication between corporate and local office. Fraud placed on an account for traveling in the United States caused my account to be over drawn because I did not have online access. Suggestion was to keep a ledger which never received a ledger book for transactions. If I do online banking and don’t write checks I don’t require that.
