Waiting to Speak with a Personal Banker for 45+min. While one of them is at another workers station helping someone just chatting away with the customer getting assistance. Lobby fills up and they’re having social hour ig? Honestly getting a bank card replaced shouldn’t take this long, and some employees should have more professional behavior.
The absolute worat customer service ever. I have a loan through this FFB. For some reason I am unable to make the loan payments online, and am forced to call and make the payments over the phone. Today, 11/14/2025 I was put on hold for 15 minutes to wait for a 'customer service representative.' When they finally answered they were extremely rude and condescending. Easily the worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve done business with them since I was 14 years old and to this day I’ve only been able to use them on one mortgage and they sold it within a month after we finalized everything. Every car loan I ever applied for I gave them first shot and they were the worst terms every time. I just waited nearly 30 mins to deposit cash. There was one girl working so I know it's not her fault, but how in a busy part of town do you not have more than one teller on a Saturday? What a waste of time. Never using this location again!
