This branch is wonderful! They always personally call to remind me when one of my CDs is coming due, which I truly appreciate because I usually forget. Rather than letting it auto-renew into a lower-rate option, they make sure I’m able to move into one with a much better rate. Karen and Angela are the rockstars of this branch. They are both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. I always appreciate their calls and excellent service!
Terrible customer service and they lock your account for being broke... Nasty Nasty Nasty!!!!
I’ve banked here since I was 17 and have never had an issue! Angela is the best, she gets everything done correctly and efficiently every single time.
One of the worst branches in the city of Cincinnati. Management here is the worst. There are more capable online with better customer service.
