Listen to what I experienced today. I pulled up to the drive-thru, pressed the call button, and Taylor tells me she’ll “be right with me.” The customers in the next lane leave, and instead of helping me, she pulls out her phone and starts texting/scrolling for a solid five minutes while I’m literally watching her through the window.
