Listen to what I experienced today. I pulled up to the drive-thru, pressed the call button, and Taylor tells me she’ll “be right with me.” The customers in the next lane leave, and instead of helping me, she pulls out her phone and starts texting/scrolling for a solid five minutes while I’m literally watching her through the window. My favorite location, they’re always willing to help! Marissa especially has been a top notch person I can turn to with any banking issues. This branch seems to have low turnover and I feel like I always see a familiar face. I’ve banked at this location since they first constructed it years ago, and it’s always my first pick before other locations when I’m in town.
I normally go through the drive thru but this time I went in bc of the rolled coins I had. Noah was very rude and unprofessional and told me I had to take my $2.33 to the coin machine bc he was too lazy to count them. I had already rolled $30.50 for him. He was acting in a aggressive manner as he was finishing up my deposit. If you actually want to spend your money don't use this bank, have plenty of money in my account and all I can do is see it but the cards don't work.
Danielle Green who was working the tellers desk today was incredibly rude and confrontational. Terrible customer service if you could even call anything she did service. Laughing at customers is unacceptable. Only people that can handle others kindly should have this job.
