They never answer their phones.. I’ve had them give my drivers license to another car in the car window. I’m about fed up with this bank.

I recently just started coming here as I am now closer to this branch than the one in downtown Hamilton. The staff here/tellers have been very nice and friendly. They don't really greet me by name like the downtown branch does, but it's okay. One thing I do wish First Financial has is bathrooms their customers can use. Not everyone has a car and many of us have to rely on public transportation to get around. So, sometimes I have to walk across the street to Kroger in Heavy traffic to use the bathroom.
