Amazing people, great service!
I recently just started coming here as I am now closer to this branch than the one in downtown Hamilton. The staff here/tellers have been very nice and friendly. They don't really greet me by name like the downtown branch does, but it's okay. One thing I do wish First Financial has is bathrooms their customers can use. Not everyone has a car and many of us have to rely on public transportation to get around. So, sometimes I have to walk across the street to Kroger in Heavy traffic to use the bathroom. I’ve been banking with this branch for the past 7 years now, if I ever run into any issues they are careful to explain everything and help me resolve it. Brandon and Cheyenne have been a major helping hands in anything I may still need to learn. Thankful to have bankers I can trust!
