I don't normally do this but I just watched someone I care about deal with this place. There is no reason to be cruel and then act shocked when someone responds to how rude and disrespectful you are. It's probably why you don't have cameras watching your drive thru tellers. She thought that was a "safety issue." I think you do it on purpose to not get caught.
