Terrible customer service........
Been banking here for a long time, and I used to love seeing Jennifer with blonde hair in here.. she was very nice but TODAY 4/9/24 I sat in the drive thru with NO one in front of me, and no one in the parking lot for 20 mins with no greeting, brought in some 10's/20's to swap for large bills and she gave me 50's when I asked for hundreds. Went down to 5/3 no problem. Transaction was fast!
Worst experience with any business I’ve had in my life. Was hacked for around 3,000 dollars and was told it would be returned in 10 days or less because anything under 250,000 dollars is insured. After 10 days asked bank why it wasn’t returned and I was told they weren’t sure if or when it would be returned. They also cancelled my debit card without notice and when I called to ask about it I was called a liar and was asked to not call again or come back.
