Not a convenient bank. You will be out shopping and all of a sudden your card declines and you know you have money in the bank. Of course you can't reach anyone after hours and you don't even get an alert as to why your card is declining..
Hardly ever crowded. Staff is personable, ATM machine has always been in working order for me.
Overall it's a fine bank, never had issues with any tellers, however hours seem short. The ATM at this location does not allow you to make deposits like other banks.
Worst bank teller, she was rude and would not help me. Said I have to have an account. She would not even give me her name. When I asked to speak to her manager, "I am the assistant manager." I highly doubt she was the manager. Well I will never go back to this Bank at this location.
