I had a very complex procedure with First Financial that I had to go through recently. The bank manager there, Amber Empson was terrific in handling everything. I can't get into the details, but this process took like 30-45 minutes. Amber stayed patient, diligent, and determined until my issue was resolved. If someone in the Montgomery County area is considering solid customer service that is sorely lacking in the brick-and-mortar banking industry, you should certainly consider First Financial.
