This is a great bank and the people that work here are amazing!
I have had 3 auto loans through this bank(2 current) thanks to Justin Gyalog helping me every step of the way! I was so happy with his service I switched my person and business accounts over to first Finacial also. I couldn’t be happier with my banking experience. Anytime I call or text Justin he gets back with me as quick as he can to help me with all of my issues and needs. I highly recommend!!
Guy Barker and First Financial Bank have always been good to me, especially this week. I had a closing for one of my clients after Hurricane Beryl took everyone's power. They happened to have power and they opened their doors and their printers to us to allow us to get our closing done on time! Amazing! They go above and beyond for their customers and friends. Mt experience for the "customer service" line went to Abilene Texas, not Conroe.......something I would change immediately!
