Horrible experience with the mortgage department, doesn’t respect the client’s time, especially when the client and family have all taken off the whole week to help move, and guess what? They flake

This is my bank and it’s the best bank that I’ve ever done business with. They are very nice people working inside and the drive through.
Employees are not well trained or educated. They can't give you any answers and if you have a mortgage they can't process your payment correctly. When you're ahead on your payments and pay extra on your principal, but yet the rates increase even on a fixed rate and they can't apply the extra payment properly nor timely. When you question them, they can't answer you. Hancock Bank was so much better!!!
