Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Their policy is to do business only with people who reside in Texas, which is their choice—perfectly fine. But it seems their employees don’t know that, because I was asked to fill out paperwork and provide proof of residence showing that I live in Florida. Then the manager came and told me they couldn’t open an account for me.
