I had an excellent experience with First Financial Band in Brock! Amanda went above and beyond opening our account with exceptional patience along with thinking outside the box to help accommodate my busy toddler! Her outstanding service made the process smooth and enjoyable!
They told me they could perform a service, had me drive over an hour to tell me they would not help me and closed my account. The tellers were nice but the managers give very rude service. Beatrice Martin, Tammie Griffith and Lori Hill should not be in customer relations.
