Considered transferring several thousand dollars to this bank from business, but they were so rude when we were asking for help with it we decided to go somewhere else.
Always friendly
Used to be a good bank, has went down hill at a fast pace. Told my daughter that she qualified for car loan, then told her she needed to buy the car and get it in her name then come apply for a collateral loan? Employee isn’t knowledgeable about how car loans work I guess. Never have I ever had to buy the car and put it in my name to go up and then get a loan on one. 🤷♂️
