Great bank, terrible brain rot on the t.v.
Always friendly. No problems so far.
I’d give them zero stars if I could. I used Bridgeport FF for almost a year after moving to Texas from Alberta, Canada. I had never experienced issues with a bank before but this has been a nightmare. Applying for a debit and credit card took forever. Then I couldn’t use the app to deposit cheques for a while because of a company policy. I couldn’t access my credit card statements on the app, I had to use a different website that is not user friendly at all.
