Very disappointed amd will be getting a lawyer involved because both checking and savings accounts have been closed for 3 to 4 months now and all of the sudden we get a letter from the bank that we have a negative balance of 45 dollars how the hell is that when we close that account. Had to reach out to the president of the company. Never ever used this bank .

Jade is the absolute best at what she does! We will only ever use her when buying a house! This was our second mortgage with her and the experience was fabulous as always! She makes everything so easy and fast.
This bank is predatory and uses predatory banking practices. They allow you to accumulate a -$500 balance. In December I closed my account because I live out of state. The day after I closed my account, I received a call telling me I was negative, when I asked how they told me it takes 24 hours to close an account. I frustratingly paid and closed the account again.
