Green castle bank is the absolute worst. Good luck getting them to answer your call. I've literally went into their lobby calling on my cell phone one day just to hear it ring and go to voicemail.. started doing business at terre haute branch over 10 years ago loved them. Was transferred to green castle due to it was closer to me. I'd much rather make the extra half hour drive to terre haute.. calls don't get answered voicemails do not get returned. I have been a customer for many years, would not change banks ever. Scott and Lauren as well as the cashiers have helped me immensely when some major problems arose. Great people in the facility, all banks should be as friendly and compassionate to the customers. Love the Greencastle Branch,
