Always have service with smile, have there been times when I've had to wait a little longer...sure, but that goes hand in hand with what I like to refer to the lack of workforce people(people willing to work) so just be patient and the service you'll find is absolutely 💯% every time! I've utilized just about every service rendered here other than a few and have had no issue! Thank you for the QUALITY service that goes well above and beyond each time!
I recently suffered a family loss and needed to have some paperwork notarized. My grandparents, who have been customers of First Financial Bank for over a decade, suggested that I visit their branch. It’s just getting ridiculous on how long it takes for someone to wait on you
This branch usually always makes it harder to do any transactions, and the tellers are usually rude about it. I almost always go out of my way to go to one of the Terre Haute/Seelyville branch because the tellers are so much nicer and timely.
