As much as I like the tellers at this location, the bank is a joke. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. I will be switching to a new bank for a better experience.
Always have service with smile, have there been times when I've had to wait a little longer...sure, but that goes hand in hand with what I like to refer to the lack of workforce people(people willing to work) so just be patient and the service you'll find is absolutely 💯% every time! I've utilized just about every service rendered here other than a few and have had no issue! Thank you for the QUALITY service that goes well above and beyond each time!
I recently suffered a family loss and needed to have some paperwork notarized. My grandparents, who have been customers of First Financial Bank for over a decade, suggested that I visit their branch. Although I don't have a local bank account, I went to the bank with my grandmother and waited over 30 minutes to see a notary.
