great service .wonderful people at branch .I have move down to first financial bank from pnc bank .
Friendly local bank with good customer service
I wish I could leave a one star review I will never bank with this not only the bank but also the location. The people that work there and just lazy people and should be in customer service because they have none
Once Cheviot, was a great bank! until main source took over. the once friendly, knew you by name staff was replaced by your average bankers. hours are horrible. don't even have the "grace hour" usually that 1 or 1/2 hour after work you can hit it. also. they should (but don't) announce holidays when you try calling them to find out why your card isn't being accepted to show up in person only for them to be closed...
Thank you so much for hosting today's Shred It event. I was able to safely dispose of so much paper!
